Does drinking water help to relieve Chronic fatigue syndrome?
“I just want to share my personal experience in a hope that it will help someone else. I had Sinus headaches and chronic fatigue for 1 year and spent a lot of money on expensive medicines. I felt as if I’d tried everything, but the pain and the fatigue always deemed to win. Long story short, I started working with Dawn a few days ago, and she advised me to start drinking 6 to 8 glasses of Luke Warm water each day. I was sceptical, I didn’t think it would work for me because it’s ‘just’ water and seemed too simple a solution for my persistent pain. It’s always lovely to have these emails sent in :-), and the reason I wanted to share this with you is to remind you its often the simple things in life that have the biggest impact. Sometimes we just need someone to give us an understanding as to why we need to take action and we will flourish ourselves.
So let me explain, the reason why Kamal had a breakthrough with his pain:- water generates energy through hydrolysis, a biochemical process in which our body splits water into hydrogen and oxygen, which in turn releases energy. This energy is used to produce ATP a component which is used to store hydro-electric energy.
You may already know that our body is made up of 70 percent water and the brain is about 93 percent water. So every day we need fresh water to replenish and clean to help the body not to be over-burdened with waste.
Along with this when we increase our water intake it helps us to be in control of our emotions and helps increase our physical, mental and emotional energy.
