Major types of Side-Effects of pain killers

Almost everyone takes painkillers such as aspirin, ibuprofen or some other NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) to get rid of pain. However, used regularly, such as for joint pain, these drugs are famously linked with the increased risk of damage to the small intestine.

If you are in pain, it is understandable that you would want to take painkillers, but your body is trying to tell you something, and it is vital to explore the underlying cause of the pain rather than simply suppressing the actual pain.

Painkillers tell your brain to suppress pain, and regular use can lead to dependency and harmful side effects.

In suppressing pain, drugs can pave the way for sometimes more life-threatening illnesses. Before you take them, my advice is to try other alternatives such as accupresseure, acupuncture or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). These are certainly better alternative to painkillers as they cause no harmful side effects.

EFT is a natural remedy which helps the body to repair and is widely used to treat pain.

So don’t rely solely on painkillers to make yourself feel better. Take control of your pain, and you’ll soon find yourself in control of your life again. I can help you to make your life a bit easier.
